AWAKEN THE GODDESS CODE – WEEK 4

WEEK 4: Sacred Heart Rising

Intention setting and journaling prompts

Where In My Life Have I Closed Off My Heart?

Take a moment to explore moments or areas in your life where you may have built walls around your heart – whether from past hurt, fear, or core wounds, possibly from childhood. Reflect gently on what caused you to close off emotionally and how that has impacted your relationships and your connection to yourself.

Close your eyes and ask inwardly:

What does my heart most long to experience, express, or receive right now?

Allow a word, image, or phrase to surface – this is your heart’s intention for the week. Envision what it would feel like to slowly and safely open your heart again. Then, write it down on a small piece of paper or in your journal. Allow yourself to write freely, honoring whatever comes up without judgment. This is a sacred space for gentle self-discovery and compassion.

When you’re done, place it on your altar or sacred space to revisit daily.

Self-Compassion Hug

Find a cozy spot and take a moment to nurture yourself. As you listen to this soundtrack, wrap your arms gently around your body in a soft, comforting hug. Breathe deeply, and quietly repeat to yourself:

I am worthy of love and kindness.

Hold this embrace for 1–3 minutes, soaking in the warmth and sense of safety it brings.

Heart Chakra Activation

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Set the Space

Find a quiet space. You may light a candle, play soft music, or place a heart-centered crystal nearby, such as rose quartz or green aventurine.

2. Heart Breath

  • Sit or lie down with one or both hands over your heart.
  • Inhale slowly through the nose, visualizing green light flowing into your chest.
  • Exhale through the mouth, releasing tension.
  • Repeat for several cycles, allowing your heart space to soften and open.

3. Gentle Movement

  • On an inhale, open your arms wide to the sides, lifting your chest.
  • On the exhale, wrap your arms around yourself in a hug.
  • Repeat this motion slowly 5–7 times, syncing with your breath.
  • Let the movement feel nourishing and tender.

4. Heart-Focused Affirmation

  • Place both hands back on your heart.
  • Close your eyes and repeat silently or aloud: “I give and receive love with ease. My heart is open, whole, and radiant.
  • Say it 3–5 times, feeling the vibration of each word in your chest.

5. Closing Integration

Sit quietly, visualizing your heart glowing with soft, warm light. Imagine this light flowing through your entire body, offering compassion, peace, and balance.

Optional Essential Oils

To enhance your healing journey and deepen your connection to each chakra and Divine Feminine practice, you’re invited to explore the use of essential oils as a supportive, sensory tool.

Essential oils can help anchor your intention, awaken your senses, and bring your energy into alignment. While not required for this course, they can offer a beautiful and enlightening layer to your self-guided rituals, breathwork, and meditations.

ESSENTIAL OILS

Rose essential oil gently opens and balances the heart chakra, the center of love, compassion, and emotional healing. Its soothing aroma fosters deep self-acceptance, unconditional love, and emotional vulnerability.

Aphrodite

Goddess of the Heart (Anahata) Chakra

Aphrodite, the goddess of love, beauty, and fertility, is deeply connected to the heart chakra – our energetic center for compassion, emotional balance, and divine connection. Her presence reminds us of the sacred power of love in all its forms: romantic, self, and universal. Working with Aphrodite invites us to soften the walls around our hearts, open to deeper vulnerability, and embrace the healing energy of forgiveness and self-acceptance. She teaches that true beauty radiates from within and that nurturing loving-kindness toward ourselves creates space to extend it freely to others.
