About Me.

Hey, I’m Emily! A holistic wellness practitioner and space holder who turned my own experiences with anxiety, depression, and nervous system dysregulation into a path of healing and purpose. Through embodied practices like energy work, sound healing, meditation, and intentional community, I now create grounded, accessible spaces that support others in reconnecting with themselves, finding balance, and stepping into their own power.

I am also the founder of the Healing Arts & Music Festival, a community-driven experience that brings together music, art, and holistic healing to inspire connection, expression, and transformation.

Embodied Empathy

I work from lived experience – sensing deeply, listening closely, and meeting people where they are. My sensitivity is not something I bypass or fix; it’s the foundation of how I hold space with care, presence, and respect for the body’s timing.

Energy-Led Healing

My approach honors the body & energy as the guide. Rather than forcing change, I create a safe, grounded environment where the nervous system can soften, emotions can move, and healing unfolds naturally.

Grounded Feminine Wisdom

I help others reconnect with their inner knowing – not in an abstract way, but through grounded practices that bring intuition, self-trust, and feminine strength into everyday life.

Sensitivity as Strength.

Learning to navigate a full inner-world. For much of my life, my sensitivity didn’t feel like a gift. I felt everything deeply. The energy in a room, subtle shifts in people’s moods, the weight of what wasn’t being said. It was overwhelming, confusing, and at times, all-consuming.

I didn’t have the language to understand it back then, but my nervous system was constantly overstimulated. What others could brush off, I carried. What others processed quickly, stayed with me for days, weeks – even years.

For a long time, I truly believed something was wrong with me. So I tried to harden myself. To suppress it. To become “less sensitive.” But that only led to more anxiety, deeper disconnection, and a quiet exhaustion that never fully went away.

Everything began to shift when I was introduced to practices that supported my body – not just my mind.

Through energy work, sound healing, meditation, and breathwork, I started to understand my sensitivity instead of fighting it. I learned how to regulate my nervous system, create boundaries with my energy, and actually feel safe within myself. And over time, something changed. The very sensitivity that once felt like a burden became a bridge – allowing me to connect more deeply, hold space with intention, and create experiences rooted in presence and care.

What once felt like “too much” revealed itself to be something else entirely.

Not a flaw – but a different way of moving through the world. One that requires support, awareness and the right tools. Now, instead of resisting it, I honor it. Because when sensitivity is understood and supported…it becomes a powerful source of strength.

“The journey home, isn’t about finding yourself – it’s remembering who you’ve always been.”

From Breakdown to Breakthrough: My Journey Into Purpose

Let’s be honest – living in survival mode is exhausting, isolating, and often invisible to the outside world.

You move through your days holding it all together, managing the anxiety, the heaviness, the constant inner noise – while quietly wondering if this is just how life is supposed to feel.

That’s where my journey began – navigating depression, nervous system dysregulation, and moments that made it hard to see a way forward, until I found healing through practices that brought me back into my body, my breath, and myself.

It wasn’t about fixing who I was or forcing positivity. It was about learning how to feel safe again, how to regulate, and how to reconnect in a real, sustainable way.

Because deep down, so many of us are craving the same thing:

✨ To feel at home within ourselves.
✨ To move through life with more calm, clarity, and control.
✨ To experience healing that actually meets us where we are.

In addition to my healing work, I’m also the founder of the Healing, Arts & Music Festival and a freelance photographer with over 15 years of experience. You can explore my work at Studio Seven Photography.
