What is The Soul Lift, and how does this work support me?
The Soul Lift offers calming, restorative experiences that help your body and nervous system reset. Sessions are energy-led and body-based, meaning we work with how your system naturally responds to stress, emotion, and life experiences. This support helps you feel more present, regulated, and connected to yourself — without needing to talk everything through or “figure anything out.”
Do I need prior experience with Reiki, meditation, or energy work?
Not at all. Most people who come to The Soul Lift are new to this kind of work. You don’t need to believe in anything or understand how it works — you simply need to be open to slowing down and receiving support. Everything is gently guided, and you are always in control of your experience.
What happens during a session?
Each session begins with a brief check-in so we can understand what your body and system need that day. You’ll then rest comfortably while energy-led techniques, gentle guidance, and supportive tools (such as breath, sound, or grounding practices) are used to help your system release tension and return to balance. Many people leave feeling calmer, clearer, and more at ease in their body.
