Nourish & Connect: The Connection Gathering for People Who Don’t Like Networking

Nourish & Connect

Nourish & Connect is redefining what it means to gather in community – with intention, authenticity, and heart.

Nourish & Connect: The Connection Gathering for People Who Don’t Like Networking

Let’s be honest – traditional networking can feel awkward, draining, and disconnected.

You show up, put on your “professional face,” exchange business cards or Instagram handles, and leave wondering if anyone actually saw you.

That’s why founders Emily Adolph and Ona Crow created Nourish & Connect – a monthly in-person gathering that redefines how we come together, fostering community through presence, authenticity, and meaningful connection.

It’s not about pitching yourself or hustling to be seen. It’s about being real, being received, and being in a space where your presence is enough.

Because deep down, so many of us are craving the same thing:

✨ To feel part of something meaningful.
✨ To be in rooms where we don’t have to shrink, mask, or pretend.
✨ To be nourished – not just fed.

A Different Kind of Circle

Each month, Nourish & Connect gathers kindred spirits – healers, artists, intuitives, creatives, quiet leaders, and heart-centered entrepreneurs – for an evening that feels more like a warm embrace than a networking event.

We start with a moment of grounding. A breath. A pause. Then we move gently into guided connection – sharing stories, ideas, dreams, and reflections. You won’t be asked to perform, sell yourself, or impress anyone. You’ll simply be invited to be you.” says Emily

There’s real nourishment, laughter, maybe some tears, and always a sense of belonging. These circles have a way of bringing together the right people at the right time – like magnets drawn by authenticity and intention.” added Ona

Meet the Facilitators

Emily Adolph and Ona Crow are the co-creators of Nourish & Connect, an event designed to foster meaningful connections in a supportive and empowering environment.

At the heart of Nourish & Connect are two women who believe in the power of presence and the magic of meaningful connection.

Emily Adolph and Ona Crow are community builders, space holders, and soulful collaborators with a shared vision: to create gatherings that feel nourishing, easeful, and real.

With backgrounds in healing, wellness, and intentional event design, they bring a grounded yet expansive energy to each gathering – inviting others to slow down, soften, and be seen.

Together, they hold space not as authorities, but as compassionate companions – fostering an environment of trust, warmth, and genuine depth where everyone is invited to show up fully, just as they are.

The Magic Behind the Gathering

Why it Works?

In a world that rewards speed and surface, Nourish & Connect slows things down and goes deep.

It’s not networking – it’s connecting and remembering. Remembering that community can feel good. That connection can be soul-filling, not soul-sucking. That spaces exist where your softness is your power.

This is about building relationships that are real – collaborations, friendships, sisterhoods, and support systems rooted in mutual care and purpose.

Is This for You?

If you’ve ever walked away from a social event feeling more alone than when you arrived, this is for you.

If you’re someone who values intentional spaces, meaningful conversations, and community that feels like medicine – this is for you.

If you’re navigating a new season, building something from the heart, or simply want to feel less alone in this wild, beautiful life – this is for you.

Come As You Are

Nourish & Connect meets monthly, on the 2nd Wednesday of every month in Bel Air, Maryland. The event is hosted in partnership with our amazing friends at The DOBZ Group of Direct Mortgage Loans located at 206 S Hays St Unit 200, Bel Air, MD 21014.

Guests are encouraged to come solo or with a friend, to wear whatever makes them feel most like themselves, and to leave the elevator pitch behind. At Nourish & Connect, there’s no pressure to perform – just an open invitation to show up exactly as you are.

It’s a quiet revolution in how we gather – where connection feels like home again.
