Meet Nancy

Nancy Dow discovered yoga in 2013 after purchasing a 10-class package at Peace Yoga in Bel Air - and she’s been hooked ever since. What began as a personal practice quickly grew into a deeper passion for learning, self-discovery, and connection.

In 2018, Nancy earned her RYT 200 certification, initially seeking a deeper understanding of yoga, only to find herself inspired to share the practice with others. She now teaches locally on Wednesday evenings, guiding students with warmth, accessibility, and a focus on personal growth both on and off the mat.

Nancy offers yoga classes throughout the community, including at Harford Community College and within her local church community, creating welcoming and supportive spaces for students of all levels to move, breathe, stretch, and reconnect with themselves. Her approach to yoga is grounded in mindfulness, compassion, and accessibility - encouraging each individual to honor their own journey while cultivating greater balance, peace, and well-being in both body and mind.
